That's just nitpicking if one phone has 100% srbg coverage while other phone has 107% sRGB coverage.
Brightness on the other hand is indeed noticeable and people on Sony forums have been complaining about poor visibility in outdoors for the past two years now.
They have no such complaints with Chinese phones.

I can te... moreYou're being funny - low maximum brightness and associated poor outdoor visibility is more noticeable than any of the faults you just listed for the majority of people.
DCI-P3 is NOT "low gamut" - it's a broadly accepted colour space standard for photos and videos along with Adobe RGB and there are very little online contents that require colour gamut even wider than that.

That's what everyone including non-Chinese manufacturers including Sony, Apple and Samsung does for as well for their respective notched phones. It's a standard way of showing a resolution of a display panel, so if you don't like it then just suck it up.

The Pro may have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra-rivalling 48MP telephoto camera, but I'm drawn to the vanilla variant mainly because of the still-enough-for-me 1080p 90Hz flat screen. I might change my mind until the full review of the 6 Pro comes in but at the moment, I'm staying with the vanilla 6.

So, three years of updates for 50% more price isn't a big deal, rather it's a foolish decision to buy them just for the sake of 3 upgrades.
