As usual overpriced Pixel phone, they don't and will never learn I guess. Looking at its specs it should be no more than 300$. Look at Poco F3, cheaper and better. Xiaomi deserves to beat all of them.

A similarly sized Android phone that doesn't skimp on performance would have even worse battery life. It's just not feasible. Until they can drastically improve battery life somehow, the Zenfone 8 is as small as it gets for high end Android phones.

It helps to alleviate the banding that you normally get in those situations.
