You people ALWAYS pick the best from each android OEMs and compare them against Apple and iOS. As if all you android users share the same user experience. We all know that’s not the case.

They are doing the right thing and it does not mean major issues with the series. Android OEMs will no even bother as NONE of their lines comes even close to the iPhone 12.

I mean, if it's just a "small percentage of devices" then why even start a replacement program? Just do a regular warranty repair, like with every other repair.
And if they messed up and put a defective earpiece, they should say so and make a recall.
What Apple is doing here is just a show "look how good we treat our customers, we are the best", instead of apologizing for messing up.
