I would totally prefer a phone with ois and a mid range chip, than a phone having flagship chip and no ois.

Chinese companies win if all you do is look at spec sheets all day and just admire bigger numbers. Chinese are great at that. They generally stink at software, particularly actually supporting it for any good time. Samsung is the king of that and it's currently only bested by Apple and even that not directly since it's entirely different software ecosystem, making Samsung the best in class within Android ecosystem where Google might take the crown and even that can be countered by Samsung. When will people learn it's not all about hardware specs...

Thank you Samsung for your OIS main camera , but we don't like WIDE , MACRO , DEPTH camera in for mid range and budget phone. Better to keep MAIN CAMERA for ois feature only.
Then price also can reduce and all the other phone brand users also will shift to Samsung in future.
** very important things are keep your display size to below 6.4 or 6.2 inch and always use the amoled screen and 100% privacy and security **.
