I am on stock Chinese ROM, didn't bother switching to EU or any other ROM. Just tweaked it a little bit.
Everything works flawlessly, all latest features arrive first on China ROM. Camera is so much better compared to global ROM.

kiasunkiasi, 05 Sep 2021sadly most people, and a lot of them did not even own or us... morePathetically I was a fool who bought Xiaomi phone year after year. Be it my first Xiaomi phone the Mi3 to my last Xiaomi phone Redmi note 9 Pro (my 5th Xiaomi phone) and you can count how my MIUI version I used. Now, I'm happy with my Realme 7 Pro and of course an iPhone 11. Not going to buy Xiaomi phone ever again. Bad hardware and software experience. Don't believe me?? You can always Google for every Xiaomi phone hardware problem. Be it the flagship to the budget one. Same goes for MIUI version. Literally like every version.

review sites are not making it clear that some xiaomi devices are only available to certain regions. they might look like a lot on paper, but not all devices can be bought in the same country. a lot of tech sites fail to address that. so costumers are confused.

Was a long time user of Xiaomi, but their sw is just awful now, and is getting worse day by day.
Just to many different models, nobody can keep up with that flood of devices.

My suggestion is to add few features such as:-
- input the voice recognitions mode: easily to user to find apps or setting tools
- text read loud: after searching: the text read loud to user and ease while multitasking other thing
- internet connection assistance: helps update to user the network connection that involves upgrading or low connection
