Why GSMArena's Twitter account isn't verified

Some fans weren't sure which is the right account to follow, since ours isn't marked as verified. Here is what happened.

Twitter and instagram busy verifying fake and boring p0rn0 models, and other wasted garbage. But not important accounts sometimes which is very weird.

    Twitter's "verification" is arbitrary nonsense. It literally means NOTHING. Twitter hands out "verification" to prove person is real and then they take it away when they are butthurt. How does taking verification away makes sense when its sole purpose is verifying if person using said name is the real person with that name. Besides, Twitter is cancer anyway.

      Could be considered insulting given some of the utter trash I've seen on twitter as "Verified"...

        I grew up with Gsmarena.com, don't remember growing up with Twitter
