Exynos 2200 completes first Geekbench run, features AMD GPU with an open-source driver

Not that Geekbench tests the GPU, but it is an interesting detail. Also, this test seems to have been run with power saving mode on.

With G77mp9, Mediatek makes something better than Samsung with G78mp14...that's reality in games like Genshin Impact, especially on sustained framerates
...Mediatek even makes somethings that works better than several devices using SD888 like Xperia 1 III and S21 (US).

Mali G710 is physically twice faster than G78...it has 32 execution units per core instead of 16.

    NVIDIAS GPU for chromebook and those are not integrated GpU but extended standalone full size GPU.

              Samsung said they have postponed GAAFET to 2024.

              Meanwhile intel will do GAAFET + Back side Power in 2025 which will go along with their 2nm (20A process)

              TSMC will go GAAFET I'm 2024 as well.

              Right now everybody is sticking with FinFET

Snapdragon and Exynos tune stock arm cores and use a different gpu which are much better than mali gpu. And not to mention isp on mediatek processors are not that good.

                      First one with Dimensity 1200 in april (Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition)...only 3 months younger.

                      Cold Exynos beats Dimensity 1200...but throttling is horrible.
                      Play Genshin Impact during 10 minutes with maximum settings on Galaxy S21...maybe it will start at 60fps, but falls to less than 30fps!
                      Oneplus Nord 2 manages to keep 45fps without any problem! K40 GEE keeps 50fps

                      Max res on genshin impact is FullHD (High res settings) ans doesn't depend of device

                      Even on shorter tests like Speedtest G (less than 1'30), Exynos 2100 isn't able to crush D1200 despite Cortex X1 and despite Mali G78 with 14 cores!

They're maybe as much as two years ahead of the competition on it, as TSMC appears to have massive problems switching to the same.

                                  Just Comission Samsung to rebrand an old unreleased Exynos chip and fab it on a older 5nm node when 4nm node is just few months away.

                                  If Google really cared about a proper solution, they would have designed the chip themselves and put in MediaTek or Snapdragon modems and imagination graphics and on TSMC process.

                                      Why we comparing chipsets with Geekbench? Geekbench only benchs the cpu.

                                        Nowadays Snapdragon chipsets are competing with microwaves

                                        Once upon a time "beating" snap would be good news but with the 888 overheating and I suspect the 898 to be WORSE

                                        Ans this is Sammy probably gonna throttle and if it doesn't throttle Gibbs drain battery like crazy
