Exynos 2200 completes first Geekbench run, features AMD GPU with an open-source driver

13 September 2021
Not that Geekbench tests the GPU, but it is an interesting detail. Also, this test seems to have been run with power saving mode on.

It's funny how before India used to get the problematic Exynos Chipsets but now will (rumoured) get the less powerful (again, rumored) Snapdragan SoC.

Leave it to Samsung to undermine India as a market. I get that it's a business but that doesn't mean they can keep pushing out less powerful phones for the same if not more expensive (import tax) price

I'm definitely interested in that AMD GPU, but I'm not anticipating anything until I see how well it performs under sustained throttling performance. I'm also curious about its thermal management system.

Performance seems a bit weird on the 898. It's only clocked 0.17GHz (170MHz) slower, yet it gets around 300 points less on single-core?

1200 and 3700 this is the maximum performance that can be extracted from SD888+.

I hope the finished product does atleast 1400 and 4200.
