Just look at all those unboxing videos and see how the parts *inside* the box have their own pointless plastic wrap.

Apple cares about the environment so much that they recycle not only materials, but their entire event which is from last year. Now that’s true Green (money) thinking. 😂

To be honest, I dont need a cable in the box either, you should remove that, and offer it as a free optional extra at the checkout, it can be shipped package free with the phone, I have dozens of cables from over the years, most have gone into the trash as they are obsolete now, i wonder how many thousands of tonnes per year that would save globally? that goes for a lot of smaller electronics that use usb cables.

If they really cared for the environment they would have used usb c charging port for iphones long ago since everyone has those cables lying somewhere
