Fking quick charging that destroys the cells of the battery so quickly
Side note, iphone 11 pro after 13 months with 18W charger has a battery capacity at 98%

So yea, Apple devices last a lot longer if you want to keep them, and also keeps their values longer

Better for the battery for sure, especially with how many years of OS support you get.

Same goes for Samsung, however I guess they will go with the hype and introduce faster charging too next year, but luckily nobody stops people from using a slower charger to preserve battery.

Apple is more like Sony in this regard, battery health first, charging speeds second. Almost 90% in an hour is more than enough, especially considering the great battery life across the entire 13 lineup.
