But i have been using Aliexpress in around 20 years now.
So many brands in there have original brand shops with the original stuff.

Ahsan, 11 Oct 2021listen fast charging saves time slow charging waste time ... moreThe charging time difference is only 10-20 minutes, from 0%-100% charge.

Majority of people will still waste more of their time on social media and playing games anyway😂

Thats why people still buy samsung and iphone, even with "slow" charging. Ultra fast charging is like a bonus, it is nice to have but also okay if we dont have it.

It seems like rumours of a solid battery have been around since the beginning of mankind but still we're yet to see them on phones. Even after the Note fires incident Samsung just won't make those kind of battery. Phone companies just doing the same stuff since a while now that is, add more cameras, add more megapixels, add more ram and storage etc. Basically just increasing the numbers but not really innovating where it really matters that is battery technology or recharge cycles

Anonymous, 12 Oct 202125W is more than enough. It shouldn't go any higher th... moreI think solid battery might be a solution since the density is better, but the cost is higher. Since Automotive sector are researching in this sector for their battery, I don't think for a second that Samsung that has a Automotive sub brand didn't search this or even through SDI. This could bring something really new and not like graphene like we read about every couple of year "coming in the future". It's been 15 years+ since I read about them haha.

Anonymous, 12 Oct 2021So eBay is no longer there as well. I did not know that. ... moreIt's still there, but after "fleeing out" sellers by killer fees, what purposes have the buyer is there isn't any goods ? Sure, there is still some things, but now even with the brexit and all, it's not a good period for ordering abroad :P

And as you say, now people go to facebook, instagram and scroll, scroll and see what advert and might be interested over time ... See how Wish succeeded and now it's a market place that will go down like GearBest did for example. It's clearly marked with their Trade chart since their IPO :-)

But another will take the place with some advertising again and it never ends :P

Well this is why Xiaomi is slowly becoming the number one smartphone manufacturer in the world. On average, a person changes their phones every 2 and half years. Xiaomi is giving 120 watts charging with their phones because they know this. Samsung on the other hand will fall behind the pack because they wanna compete with apple as suppose to other android manufacturers.

25W is more than enough. It shouldn't go any higher than that before the industry can solve the problem of battery degradation due to heat.

The U.S eBay still exists but they do not deliver in this place anymore. Perhaps big shopping sites here don't want people to buy from there which is not surprising as Facebook bought Instagram and WhatsApp when those were getting more people. Maybe one day they will unblock AliExpress here and yes I'm in this region so Flipkart is the go-to app for all purchases xD

It's "funny" that how the story ends differently dependant on the region. In the US it's one thing, in the Europe (Where I came from), it's another (They killed eBay with enormous fees at the end haha and with no protection at all for the seller, only the buyer) and so on :P

It makes me wonder "what if" haha

Those were some really cheap prices for everyday products. Unfortunately, both of the app were taken down in this region and now there is just Amazon and Flipkart everywhere to buy from. Those are good places but the former two were the real OG for most online purchases

L.O.R.D, 11 Oct 2021I remember eBay. Those were the times. I bought one brand n... moreAt times, eBay was perfect to find things like batteries and all, I miss 2005 days haha. And I'm only 35. Damn.

I bought one brand new BlackBerry Z10 off eBay once. It was a big risk but the phone worked well after all, till I gave it in exchange for some LG phone. I would side-load apps on that tiny thing and many surprisingly worked quite well despite the occasional lag or slow. Just that the battery life was average. YouTube music would also play in background xD, it was like the OG of YouTube Vanced lol. The eBay in this region was took over by Walmart and they shut it down. Fond memories tho

BigDisplay, 11 Oct 2021But even if you had a fast charging phone, noone force you ... moreI understand your point. But right now, with the unification of USB C Charger and all, if someone will need to buy one, what what, for the same price they will buy ? A 18, 27, 33 or 66 even more if it's PD ? So, it needs to be trickled down in software so the user could choose, because otherwise, you'll a charger for that charging speed, another one of other and so on ... It's useless, and even if I can change the battery, I wouldn't do it only after the warranty, it's not for everyone though ;)

Also, even if it's marked "as original", I'm from eBay times, I know well Aliexpress, it's kinda a lotery. You d'ont play with lithium.
