Z4 Tab does need successor. With 10.6" 16:10 HDR LCD, SD888, 8GB, 128/256GB + Sd slot, X Pen , IP68, 8200mAh, no rear cam + 12MP 1/2.9" front.

      For some reason I expect a follow-up to the L4.

      So for all these people expecting a high end one, I doubt it unless the repeat that stupid joke of the Pro one.

        My bet is on a SmartWatch. The Wena team recently got incorporated as a part of Sony Mobile Communications. They definitely have plans for it.

          phone? i dont think it is a phone or limited to phone...
          if it is... a plus version of 10 iii... no, do not expect an xperia smaller than 10iii or 5iii anymore, not gonna happen...
          or a gaming centric? i dont think so, 1iii and 5iii are already into that...
          or a tablet... a regular slab, do not expect a foldable...
          or a smartwatch, though they did not name their previous smartwatch as "xperia"... mine is just sony talkband...

                  I wouldn't mind smartwatch or tablet but it could even be a revival of the L-series with Snapdragon 490 (upcoming) so that the global market gets a Sony 5G budget phone. It sounds dumb but, at least in the US, there is a market for it if they work with those budget carriers like Metro or Cricket.

                    I just know they do not have interest in devices like Fold/Flip.
                    All their tech related to flex oled was sold to LG last decade.
                    Would be too expensive to start all over again, not worth.

                              To be honest...why not. If they make someting between Samsung watch and Garmin. Sport touch watches with LTE but with android app support. I want watch like Garmin fenix but with LTE and Wear apps.

                                Hmmm maybe a new xperia smartphone that might compete more in the "consumer" side? Like Xperia 1 and 5 are good, but mostly targeted towards enthusiasts,
                                Maybe sony is cooking something silently, Xperia 2 maybe, a new product line that will compete with the likes of the pixels more, maybe a new partnership with their own A1 engineering team (Camera) and Bravia team (XR Technology in a smartphone) or simply maybe a new Xperia Pro Ii phone, idk but hyped!
