It would have been better, if the 6 Pro had a 50mm equivalent camera instead of an ultra wide angle rear camera. The gap between 24mm and 104mm is too large.

    I love the boxier design, resembles the note lineup from samsung

      Has the charger's regulatory label been posted anywhere? I'm interested in the actual amp/voltage... and what it falls back to if your charger doesn't do that exact VA ratio.

                No 3.5mm jack, far too big a slab to be pocketable, stuffed with Google crapware that's barely usable and a feeble battery that barely lasts half a day. No thanks.

                  Google only offers a 5x digital zoom in relationship to the periscope camera (5x4=20). That's extremely disappointing. It very likely means that Google doesn't use the 48 megapixel mode of the sensor and only uses the 12 megapixel mode. 5x digital zoom is a typical value for 12 megapixel sensors. So you likely won't get high quality 12 megapixel photos at 200mm, the effective resolution at 200mm will be likely 3 megapixels.

                    All this hype because techtubers who are influencers need to show fake enthusiasm for a living to garner clicks. Now watch the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro barely sell over 3M combined. People will just wait for a cheaper 6a.

                    Google phones are neesh products that will always remain neesh like the Nexus line was. Hoopla dies out for any smartphone after its passed it's return date. Then next hype train happens with the Samsung Galaxy S22.

                          Already not looking good, the seams on the phones, the edge of screen touch problem, the 6 Pro people are saying isn't worth the extra money. The hardware sounds good but not top line as in top 3. Looking at reports it's already showing there are negatives. Be wise, if you are thinking about buying either phone, check the reviews.

                                    It's all about surveillance. It's brilliant. Instead of Google spending money on their own datacenter AI hardware and bandwidth, they are fooling people into paying for machine learning surveillance hardware that they carry in their pocket with them 24/7.
