      That was the only factor why it outnumbered every other OS.
      For Huawei, things can't go any worse than it is now. It won't take much time for them to release the next version of Harmony even if Google takes such dumb decision.

      And yeah, I agree about what all you said about, "The Bully". But I seriously wish Chinese counterparts to come up with some non-US solutions regarding software (since they are miles ahead of US in terms of market share and can push any software they want to).

If it was me I would for sure be independent in every aspect and hey, us in not that superior anymore compared to China, today most innovation comes from the east.

        And then think the day china is no longer addicted to us and if the feel for closing for all the minerals etc IUS needs to feel superior... Then it all are the opposite way and us don't even see it come.
        The reason Trump would buy some of my home country Greenland was because the needs of minerals, because they know it.

And a lot of phones (as China is major contributor) outside China too. Do you really think that China will rely on US-made OS for ever while they have superior one, locally developed?

As long as the app runs in Android and Android can run on the SOC, the app is going to work on that SOC. How well it'll run will depend on how well the SOC runs Android and there may be optimisations between the hardware and the Android layer but not at the app level.
