Honestly, I think Apple could've been a better company. If they start to focus more on what the general customers want instead of trying to create a 'perfect ecosystem'.

Anonymous, 22 Oct 2021Funny how you talk about software support but the Iphone 4s... moreI have a few relatives who are still using Android phones from 6 years back. Everything just works flawlessly. These phones have forever been stuck on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow).
With my experience on iOS, apps used to stop working unless you keep upgrading the OS to the latest version.
In the updates, most new features were not supported on old phones either because the hardware didn't support them or they deliberately chose to leave them out on their older phones.

Tio, 22 Oct 2021Apple, Nintendo, and Disney are practically the same thing.... moreLol, apple is anything but not low quality prducing company, you guys compare just specs specs and specs, but to the normal consumer specs don’t matter experience matters and coming to lcd display, display too has quality types with more backlight, excellent colour reproduction, good processor, longetivity of the phone with updates and security & privacy. Apple cares about these stuff that’s why they are the top. Customer is not stupid to buy a low quality stuff for high price.

In my country alone, if you are planning to get the most recent iphone, you will have to pay atleast 50% of the device's cost, and then you are locked in a 24 month period for the plan you chose. If you calculate that, that's what you call overpriced.

If se gets the size and style of xr then it will sell like crazy. There is a trend towards Apple in general. If Apple had big size iphones of 300 dollars, Apple would have over 50% of the market share. For the first time a big size screen iPhone will be available for 400 dollars… lots of mid rage androids will stay unsold on the shelves. LCD screen? So what? A Xr like iPhone for 400 dollars with A15 chip sounds better than anything you can get with 400 dollars. I would be the first one to get one.
