Pricing is the main core here. If it priced more than $1500, it will be hard to sell, even with 1 inch camera sensor.
On a site note, this is a breakthrough for Sony Xperia definitely.

The Sony Xperia Cybershot.. Walkman! would be a real something if they wait untill the end and just drop a Quad-DAC Headphone jack and some sweet stereo speakers in it as well.
