Especially these last two. Now this one is following suite. Possibly not trailing behind in the camera part of the "tool" at least. But possibly still will. And almost for certain in other ways. And is ridiculously over priced. More so than most that already are over priced.
The only more useless over priced tool is the pro.

Basic audio output. Ldac is its only advantage.

Almost every tpic on internet said the best camera phone of the 2021 year is Xiaomi Mi 11 ultra and no matter how Sony will try they will end second, where S21 ultra is third and Iphone 13 pro max is Fourth.

So, 1 inch sensor, but not whole is used, so technically, best chinese camera phones and Samsung has bigger camera sensor and longer tele camera...
...but it could be great. Real test will show

But alright. Get that Sony phone which you won't be able to use it's full 1" sensor anyways.
At least the Z fold 3... folds to a mini tablet.
So far that sony phone just seems to be a flagship like all others. 🤷♂️

I know I did(iPhone 12 Pro Max). People are willing to grossly overpay for a phone that folds in half with a visible crease but don't complain about it(because it's "innovation"(Galaxy Fold 3)). Hell, people are willing to GROSSLY overpay for those phones dipped in actual gold.
So yeah, people are willing to pay for it especially for what this phone is capable of besides night mode and low light. There hasn't been a GREAT camera phone since the Nokia days and NO the Xiaomi 11 Ultra is not it and highly overrated in my opinion

We don't even know the full performance of the camera yet and everyone just hate for no reason. That's like me wishing that Xiamoi, Honor, Oppo, and OnePlus get blacklisted by the U.S. Why would you want that? Because of competition? That's stupid. But hey, it's my opinion just like everyone else

So you're grossly over paying for a sensor you only get a little over half use of?
And even with 2.4um switching between f2.0 to f4.0 is easy to dim and unnecessary.
