Also a bit pissed by the fact that many Youtubers are not exposing poor software in many Chinese phones. Lack of updates including security, crashes etc

Even MKBHD (not my favorite channel as it favors some Apple products too much and not a thorough review) already criticized the Pixel 6 for being slightly inconsistent with the image quality.
I think all you see is a few websites then create some Apple or Samsung bait.

The 6 looks better than the 6 Pro from the back. The Robocop visor is placed slightly higher. The matte sides also feels nicer. I prefer the 6. Only thing I feel I'll miss is 4x optical zoom but not worth $300 extra.

On ipad I had to keep my hand there to make a detour then bit of sound can come to me.
On my phone with front dual speakers, it is way better experience.

I was the first in our town to get the Pixel 6 Pro 257gb.....after 3 days I took it back for a refund and cancelled my contract...and this is why....
1) wishy washy colours and can not deepen the colours.
2) Apps stopped working, especially my Banking App
3) Scanning don't focus
4) Apps stay open when you think they are closed so eats data
5) the simple square, circle and arrow has now gone for swipe which is finniky
6) battery power hungry when in standby
7) speakers are at bottom, so when watching films or video in the horizontal position of the phone, the sound is to the right, and sounds mono and not stereo, no speakers at top of phone, not good for film watching.
8) speakers sound too bassey and you cannot adjust
So went back to my trusted Pixel 2 XL which is far superior on colours and closing Apps and stereo sound as it should be. So simple and affective my Pixel 2 XL. I await to see what happens with the 6 Pro.
