Do you also believe everyone wants Nike shoes or a Razer gaming laptop or a Tesla car? Maybe iPhone is your default phone, and you would only get Android if you couldn't afford an iPhone. But that's not the case for everyone, some people prefer Android. I'm so sorry that this is not 2013 when Androids would get laggy and lose support quickly, this is 2021 bro even a mid-range Galaxy A52 5G will get 3 years OS updates and 4 years security updates, who will complain about that? Only Apple fanboys who need to pretend like they have some technical reasons for buying an iPhone when they will only use the most basic apps. All the innovation nowadays is happening on Android side, have you seen Z-Fold 3? Or Mi 11 Ultra? Or Find X3 Pro with the damn microscope? Apple bringing OLED to iPhone 12 was one of the standout features for that 700 USD phone in 2020 lmao. iPhones are good phones, but they're not great and they're so boring and repetitive and so basic and limiting, it doesn't even have a fingerprint scanner in these days of mask-wearing whose genius idea was that? One of the main differences between 12 and 13 is the 'smaller notch', are you kidding me? I think not even a child will be impressed by that.

If people... moreDude the iPhone is stupidly more expensive elsewhere, worse yet some regions of the world the iPhone assistant SIRI refuse to understand what people is trying to say to it while Google`s assistant works? Sorry but price and function should always dictate the what to buy! Another reason other regions may prefer Android more is because they can side-load anything they want without jail-breaking the device? :|

It's something I missed having moved from Huawei to Xiaomi to LG to Samsung. Needless to say, I agree any midrange to flagship Android device from Samsung, Xiaomi and other top Android phone manufacturers are superior in real world user experience, usability, functionality, customization and versatility to any iPhone.
The only reason why most people buy iPhones even with their restrictive and clunky, backward software is because of the Apple logo and the free Apple decals the users can conspicuously display on their old model, low end vehicles. It's the favorite brand of social climbers.
Of course, there are real rich people who own iPhones but those people don't ever place Apple decals on their vehicle's windshields because it cheapens their luxury sports cars or luxury vehicles. Besides, real rich people who own iphones, don't care replying to negative comments about iPhones in forums such as this one. They're too busy using their iphones for business like it's nothing special and couldn't care about criticisms from Android users. Those that do fire back at Android users are frequently the social climbers who own budget iphone models (lowest storage option), or yesteryear models or those who got their iphones through 2-year carrier plans because they can't afford to pay one that's not locked to any network.

Back in 2nd year college when the iPhone X was released, most of my pals shed a thousand bucks for the shiny new device. I asked many of them why upgrade from their then-new (less than a year old) iPhone 7/+ & most answered they simply wanted it for being the latest entry in Apple lineup. I remember still using my 2013 model Galaxy Note 3 & controlling the AC & projector in my class & like 99% of my classmates had iPhones stared at me like that was some voodoo sh!t. Told them that some Android phones come equipped with IR ports that allow remote controlling of other home or office devices. Needless to say, they were dazzled about this (some even asked if there was an app for that -_-).
