Weekly poll results: the Sony Xperia Pro-I is well received, but not everyone needs a professional phone

To be honest here: Xiaomi Mi 11 ultra apart the memory slot and headphone jack does the same tricks in every aspect and even lot more on some other aspects and cost 720 bucks compared to 1800 eur phone.
And 1080 eur price difference for a headphone jack and memory slot is not an option thats playin robbery on a customer.

Definitely not regretting that decision at all. I now have a much better user experience with my new Xperia than my previous Xiaomi phone mainly because of its stock AOSP UI. I'm already liking both built-in PhotoPro and CinemaPro app a lot.

            Its not a professional phone, its a phone that doesn't removes features and adds some.

                Love this phone a lot, but for the price of two brand new Xperia 5 iii? I don't think I'd be buying one.

                    That is indeed the problem with professional-minded gadgets or software features in general. There really aren't many options to choose from. We see a similar story with Desktop Mode on Android as only Samsung, Huawei, LG, and Motorola made their own standalone iteration of it. Any other smartphones that support video output and run on Android 10 or newer only rely on the baked-in barebone version found hidden in the Developers option.

                          Trust me, those who really care about serious photography they won't touch a smartphone for the professional work. Sony could've sold this for 800 dollars and still make good profits but nah

                              It's like Sony did everything right this time then decided that something is not right, the phone cannot be this good so they give it that price lol. It's a niche product that's for sure.

                                Why buy this phone for the camera, when you can buy a full frame camera with lens, and a decent laptop to edit with?

                                      The phone isn't for sell or having focused group of people for sell (photographers? Lol no, it's like telling a computer architect to code on Nintendo switch)

                                      It's just "we made a best camera phone" from sony
