With arm9, Snapdragon will have a considerable lead in real world performance over a15 bionic which is nothing but paper champ in certain biased benchmarks.

Almidani, 04 Nov 2021Problem is that phone makers cheap out on cooling so these ... moreThey do not.
The thing is they want to keep phones same size as previous models.
Some components get bigger (cameras and battery).
This way it is impossible to make cooling larger than previous phone.
Phones use copper, graphite , vapor chamber.

Problem is that phone makers cheap out on cooling so these incredibly powerful Dragons cannot be cooled properly meaning the buyer will experience extreme overheating and throttling. It's not really worth it to put that much power into a smartphone together with massive amounts of RAM if they're not gonna implement a proper cooling system.

Actually the CPU architecture is a massive improvement and also the backbone. As well as the cache size... The X2 and A710 and A510 cores are a really big deal... For the first time in the Android SoC world... The SoC's are finally all true 64-Bit.
The back bone is actually a really big deal with a 5X uplift for CPU scaling. Cluster bandwidth.
Infact. It's pretty much an all new designed SoC... A huge leap over the 888+ even...
I am pretty sure it will edge past the A15 with multi score... But be only 400 points less for single core score... Because the core size is 30% smaller than Apple silicon... But when you do the maths. The single core score is better on Android with a size die vs power ratio. So if apples core size was 30% smaller. It couldn't match Android...
So to me Android is the winner for SoC's this year... And this is a massive leap forward this time... Huge for Android. Android is making the biggest leaps over Apple now...
So for me... As a gamer. I am by far better off with an android SoC for 2022 gaming devices... The GPU will be exceptional also... Sorry not interested in Apple... As a gamer... Wouldnt go near an apple device unless you want to lose every game.

10% of power is to imagine that every year it is the same they do not make a substantial leap because only 1 powerful core because no 2 google already uses two I imagine that apple uses two

Awesome... I have been delaying getting yet another gaming phone specially for the 898 or Dimensity 2000 series... Just waiting for the ultimate monsters of gaming phones to debut with all new SoC's... This is going to be huge...
