They literally have had the potential to be leading the mobile industry for years. Which could have had sales and profits booming for them.

      It costs £20million for professional

      The cinema film industry 85% use sony camercorder which cost £40K

                        You continue to prove that you just are unable to comprehend what you read. I never said only profits determine your success. I said it was the main factor since that's the goal of a business.

                        "If your revenue is 1 billion dollar and your profit is 1 dollar, you think you're successful? No, you're a failure."

                        Technically you're not failing, but you're not making profits worth continuing. I love how you want to reach so hard, but if your revenue is 1 billion and your profit is 1, then you have to look at your other factors such as expenses and reduce those.

                        This is what Sony did, they reduced their losses and slowly restructured, and now are starting to gain profits. They aren't even close to this hypothetical situation that you have.

                        You compare yourself to your competitors and find a way to differentiate and compete. Sony has done that, they have a certain strategy and it's working.

                        This is wrong, again LG sold many smartphones, but they were still bleeding money and they had to eventually shut down. Sales don't necessarily mean profits, you can sell less and still make decent profits.

                                      Don't listen to this bashers posting nonsense here. Sony Xperia Pro-I is a very good phone. This phone is intended for people who knows about camera. Yes it's expensive is true, if you don't have neough money buy cheaper one.
