If Samsung started using the Snapdragon chips in Europe, they would sell more phones.

R...Hunter, 01 Dec 2021Chinese brands like Realme , OnePlus and Vivo will make it ... moreAs if glass back is more practical.

Metal back dents, heats up easily, and can cover radio frequencies.

Samsung wants 22% with S22 in year '22.

Lol, not gonna happen if Samsung even removes the headphone jack on their upper-midrange models. I see very few people care about microSD card support since even today's midrange smartphone now has large internal storage, but I definitely see loads of people who deeply care about the headphone jack. That so-called "oUtDaTeD" hardware feature is still fully relevant in 2021 and beyond. I myself no longer use my wireless earbuds and now going all wired. No surprise why I see Samsung fans are still looking for the S10 series despite its age.

Just put once again the same old front camera to S22 as other parts and pop a cigar, and axpect 22% market share.

Taara Kennedy, 01 Dec 2021Don't forget your tinfoil hat buddy;)It wouldn’t surprise me if there were Samsung shills in these comments. Don’t forget Samsung were sued for paying trolls to trash HTC. I’m sure they’re not above paying people to promote their products.

I would buy the S22+ or Ultra only if they bring back the SD card slot.

                    Samsung can't pull this off

The irony here is the A series was created because of the pressure they felt from the likes of Chinese OEMs like Xiaomi

Samsung is too reactive and not proactive

They are lucky they have brand recognition

Chinese brands like Realme , OnePlus and Vivo will make it harder for Samsung. Samsung needs to wake up, they can't charge £700 flagship with a plastic back.

No matter how much you wish for it, Samsung isn't going to go down that easily. They eventually might but not not the half of 22%. Keep dreaming h@ters!

BTW Samsung sold 22%,18%,20% smartphones in different quarters of 2021 respectively.

With that plastic back, low-res screen junk they won't get even half of that amount unless they somehow manage to scam, lie and cheat people into buying them again. Samsung phones are overpriced garbage with a super bad camera.

Wkk, 01 Dec 2021Keep dreaming Samsung... Xiaomi, OPPO and vivo are happy... morewell, oppo is also selling overpriced phones, same for vivo in their non flagship phones

i hope they get half of that.

In 2016 I could afford flagship. In 2022, I can only afford flagship killers and mid rangers.

Of course they do. Because, you know "22". Shareholders and the board will lap it up.
