Once Nvidia acquired ARM, that would be a huge slap to Chinese tech industry. It would be interesting to see it nonetheless.

AMD was able to catch up and even surpass Nvidia with a x10 smaller R&D division.
It's quite pathetic what they're achieving whilst their cards use that much electricity.

In fact, the GPU in ImaginationTechnologies have been market leaders for a long while. But that UK company has been obscure for the longest period, and lately they have had a hostile takeover from China. Too bad the managers and engineers got frustrated and left, so it's basically an empty company now sitting on some great IP.

Meanwhile, Apple came out of nowhere with their M1X chipset, and the GPU performance on that embarrassed both Nvidia and AMD. All it needs is for AAA-Developers to port their games over to macOS, and install some game-ready drivers. But Apple doesn't care about that NICHE, and neither do the big AAA-Developers care. In case you didn't know, the most profitable Gaming Company is Apple, they make more money than Xbox, Sony, Nintendo, Epic, and Steam...all of them combined, through the AppStore's Gaming Section alone and those In-App-Purchases. They don't want to compromise that business model.

This whole acquisition shouldn't even be allowed, they gonna screw over anyone using ARM and they can't do anything about it.

Nvidia is the one known for jacking up prices, which means a giant L for consumers

This gon be good! Real good!
