FTC is suing Nvidia over Arm acquisition

The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) believes Nvidia would hold an unfair advantage over rivals.

Monopoly would only be stopping innovation, progress and it would also mean that they could increase the price and nobody could do anything about it but pay.

    I can't imagine if ftc lost this battle...

      This merger ain't gonna happen, the US and China are strongly against it, and we rarely see those two agreeing on something.

            So he could block his competitors and foreign companies from using ARM desypute promising to maintain neutrality.

                    Unfair advantage as in monopoly practice? I mean, that is a possibility after all.
