There is always a difference between "Brand" and "Lifestyle".
For example, "Apple", "Samsung", "Motorola", "Sony", "HTC", "Google" are "Brands", like "Toyota", "Honda", "GMC", "BMW", "Mercedes", "Ferrari", are "Brands".
But
"RollsRoyce" and "BlackBerry" are "Lifestyles" in fact.

I'm texting now with a BlackBerry key2, and before that I had a BlackBerry key1 and a passport.
My sister has a BlackBerry passport and still works like day1

I have owned a Blackberry product since 2013. I ADORE them.
In 2016, I lost my left dominant arm in a car accident and my Blackberry became an invaluable tool thanks to it's keyboard feature.
Touchscreen phones require two-handedness and are un-usable to me.
I am awaiting the launch promised by Onward Mobility with bated breath. I hope they take my situation into account.

BlackBerry is a brand I just couldn't break away from: for the past 4+ years I've been trying to find something I enjoy as much as my KEYᵒⁿᵉ and Priv but nothing comes close. As soon as I spend anywhere from $200 to $1200+ on the latest and greatest I'm missing my clicky buttons and shortcuts only BlackBerry has, and I've tried almost everything under the sun - Motorola, Huawei, Nokia, Razer, Razr 5G and even flagship from LG (v40) and Samsung (note 10+). Add to this the unique designs that my head-turners have, the cool factor when people regularly ask "wow is that a new BlackBerry?" and that FlossFactor™ of I've got it and you don't - and BlackBerry continues to be special and one of a kind, even after all these years.

I am using the BlackBerry Evolve at present. I am satisfied with it even though it has become a bit slow.

BB10 on Z10 is my favorite touch screen phone experience till today, except Z10 quickly became super slow and with awfully short battery juice...
I still do have BB email & other productivity apps + BBM Enterprise (for my private needs, it costs few bucks yearly).
Was using sideloaded BB keyboard app on my old Samsung S7 for a while. Would prefer using it today if it was available from app store & supported by BB - best keyboard app ever!

Interestingly, I actually live in the Canadian city of BlackBerry Headquarters (yeah I just gave away my location, don't stalk me :3), but I have never owned a BlackBerry in my life other than the BlackBerry Playbook tablet.
And my God does the Playbook bring back sweet memories. I still have it actually. I was only a young teen when I owned one and despite the limitations of the OS and BB Market, I found much joy in using it. It was the only smart device my parents bought me.
I remember "jailbreaking" my playbook so that I could sideload apps and games on it. I even sideloaded an Android ICS emulator, and could play many Android-based games.
Those were the good memories.

My favorite smartphone experiences have been with a blackberry phone. The BB classic in particular. The trajectory the company has taken is quite sad for their customers.

I still use blackberry priv. It's an unique device of its kind. Still I have nt seen any better sliding smart phone in market till date

Still got 9900, Q10 and Q20 (Classic) and as digital notebooks, as I use them, they are wonderfull for me.

2. Every USA company hires Asian workforce inside USA, using H1B visa.
3. Most USA IT companies have CEO an Asian Indian.
4. Every IT USA company sells its goods in Europe especially.
5. Every IT USA company has offshore offices mostly in India and pays them cheap.

What people were looking to get is a Passport under Android.
The Priv was a mistake, it couldn't replace it.

My Blackberry Classic still works as far as the net and texting and calling.
