Apple won't do this. Some people in the US only buy iPhones because of iMessage. Why would they do this to themselves.
On a side note, I never understood this whole obsession with iMessage? I never use it. Just download WhatsApp and move on.

Get a message you need to reply to and you can do it from any device, be it Mac, iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. Listening to music while getting a call, apparently that's all seamless and whole system knows which device you're using and where to notify you about it while pausing the music and continuing when call ends. It's that kind of ecosystem people love with Apple. Others don't even have an ecosystem and at most you can count smartwatch notfying you about call and that's about it. That's ecosystem, not ability to root phone or install custom ROM as people think it is...

Yes, it's true. We, Android geeks will always make fun of iPhone users. I always bash my sister and her husband for using an iPhone. They're so proud of them it just makes me laugh so loud. Then again, they have no clue about technology, coding or even what open-source means. Typical iPhone users 🤣
I get it: it has a nice solid look and feel, but when it comes to software, I call it PrisonOS. Or Rock OS. Because that's what it feels like. Good for nothing paperweight.

Will never happen $$$$$ pretty walled garden with lots Lillie's come into my secret garden say apple . They'd be laughing ... iMessage is their seller .....they'd lose sales . But I do feel rcs wouldn't kill them either. Google should of just made pixel phones much the same ... then just 2 options pixel or iPhone.

I've always thought you should use technologically advanced products like the OnePlus 10 Pro if you're keen on spending a load of money on a device and not complain about green bubble crap.

Everybody is saying Apple ecosystem is great and once you enter it, you never come back. Honestly, after using iPhone 13 Pro for couple of weeks (months), I am looking forward to go back to Android, perhaps with S22 Ultra. No offense, but iOS is just not as friendly to me as Android. Just my opinion.

Rest of the world uses Messenger, WhatsApp, Insta dm, Telegram etc. This is mostly for USA, whose top messaging app apart from Messenger is iMessage
