Apple confirms iPhone 13 series lacks noise cancellation during phone calls

I believe they are doing this coz to increase the sale of their AirPods. If there is no noise cancellation people would go crazy of the noise coming from other end and they would have to go for other alternatives when they have already bought the phone.
My question is how they did not mention about this before/during/after the launch.

I don't want to walk around with AirPods in my ears when I'm not listening to music or doing long hands free calls. This is pretty stupid design as noise cancelation makes a huge difference in noisy environments. Or is there some other reason no one has noticed degradation in this regard because of something they did to speaker itself or something? I really wonder what's the reasoning behind this.

It's a ridiculous decision,noise cancellation is a great if your down the bar and you dont want work or your wife knowing
