DroidBoye, 23 Jan 2022It's not delusion when a customer service rep may not ... moreEmployees can be fired any time. I don't see how where they live is relevant. Employees in the US can be fired any time. Engineers can be fired any time. The point is that if you accuse anyone of providing inaccurate information, it's on you to prove it. You haven't proven anything.

Also, if you look it up, you will see that many websites report this issue, not only GSMArena. It has already been about 4 months, and it's still not working. What features of Android phones that don't work for 4 months and work later?

These people are outsourced and may not even be living in US. They can be fired anytime without major consequences to the client, this is basically one of the main advantage of BPO. I am not sold on the feature not being supported, I would say that it's a feature just being disabled for the meantime, why?

    1. The hardware required for the feature are all there. Atleast 2 microphones are needed for NC and they are present.

    2. IOS 15 is when Voice Isolation feature were implemented. This works as NC but with the help of AI but is currently limited to specific apps for now.

I am an Android Developer myself and features being disabled is nothing new in this platform and iOS is not excempted on that regard. I am not sh(8)ing on Apple nor deliberately being a sh(e)(e)ple thinking of them as Gods. My point is that there are much better explaination for this issue and a customer service rep is not someone that I would get my reference for discussion upon. On the other hand, if I am a "journalist" then this is a very spicy news. You think my points are delusional? lol.

It's on you to prove it, not the other way around. Also, the iPhone 13 was release on September last year. It has already been about 3 months. If the iPhone 13 supports this feature, why is it not working if it is easy as you said?

Anonymous, 20 Jan 2022LOL. Look it up. Many people talked about this issue. And n... moreIt's not proof for me until an engineer confirms it or until Apple would make a public statement regarding this matter. Why? Because customer service representatives cannot be trusted regarding technical matters and Voice Isolation exist in iOS 15. A feature not being supported (as said by the customer rep) paints a totally different context than to a feature that can easily be implemented back but were disabled due to a possible bug or conflict with the new Voice Isolation feature in iOS 15.

It's really easy and maybe healthy to discuss this issue here but people would rather s(h8) on Apple whenever they could which is much much easier, right? lol

And now a Customer Service representative confirms that the feature is gone. What more proof do you need? I don't see why the representative would lie about it if the iPhone 13 series supported this feature. You don't make any sense.

Also the reference is only with the customer service representative's response, not from the software developer nor an engineer from Apple. If I were you, I won't reference a clickbait title as "proof".

it's to force their users to buy their wireless earbuds which has the noise cancellation.

                    must be a feature ....
                    Apple innovation ...

To encourage buying AirPods Pro ANC. Obviously.
