Android updates depend on manufacturer too, not just Google, so get your facts right first, before making up assumptions 🤡 And in fact, most of the time, it's the 'manufacturers' to decide how many and if at all, a phone will get updates

I've read this issue in 9to5mac before and come into conclusion that the toggle for disabling the NC is missing. That doesn't mean that the NC is totally gone, it's just always ON now. Unless there's a teardown that shows that the secondary mic is missing then I'd say that the NC is still there, just no toggle. Well it could also just be a software bug.

First they brought multiple mics for call NC, with videos still in mono sound. Now they use multiple mics for stereo video, but no call NC...
I am afraid android oems will follow this trend

Ok, That's Bad news.
Not well played Apple.
However, IF the hardware is there, Aplle could (Theoretically) enable this.
I tried taking calls, enabling and disabling this feature, it WORKS. Advice : Keep it enabled guys.
But really, I mean, Apple should have been able to fix it by now, IF the hardware is there.

But you always deflect them with "software updates don't matter" and "no one cares if you don't get updates, phone still works". Get real dude.

As for those who claim if there is no difference than no worries, well my fellow friends if people noticed it wont even tell any body cause it is apple product and it is complete and it has no flaw! :)
