I don't find it that much different to Windows 7, 8 or 10. People were probably just getting bored with 10.

I was simply sharing my own experience with the os…..oh sorry my own ‘normie’ experience that is, which I’m sure could never compare to your no doubt hyper advanced, computer scientist levels of experience.

Is it a good idea to upgrade my windows 10 pc to 11? Windows 11 seems so stylish and modern as an OS.

Nobody "loves" this crime of an operating system. They use it because there aren't any other options, as they see it, falsely.

DaFink, 26 Jan 2022Have had no issue with it myself, think it’s a great upgradeYou not having issues does not invalidate the many others who have issues.
Your normie usage didn't allow you to see the bugs or features that were removed from win10.

Not an issue free OS, but I like it. Like the new UI, except for the parts in which they went too heavily into simplifying. I use Windows 10 at work, wouldn't necessarily update my work computer OS yet, but.. At home, it has been quite good.

Windows 11 is a poor copy of the advanced and sophisticated linux based distros.

My rule of thumb is to wait at least 2 years for a Windows to get all annoying bugs polished.
It took Windows 10 almost 2 years for it to be stable on most hardware + 1 year more for it to be without easy to find bugs.
And this is all thanks to Microsoft getting rid of the QA team for Windows. Last stable Windows release was 8.1

It's beyond broken. Bought an nvme ssd and it was slower than a sata ssd in windows 11.
