bayugtaufik, 04 Feb 2022Google better ditch HTC and start doing Pixels made entirel... moreI don't know if that'd help.
Their Pixel 4 series and 5 series had little to no issues. The one common issue with both phones was the video recording not being good enough to the point that 4K recording made it crash after a short session.
I like Pixel 6 for various reasons, but software isn't one of them. Android 12 isn't perfect but I am beginning to wonder if they're having trouble because of Tensor.
It's turning into a bit of a joke at this point, they reduced the # of markets where they'll launch the bloody thing, you'd think that with them focusing on literally a handful of markets, they'd have better QC in place. This isn't a friggin' startup either, it's a subdivision of a trillion dollar company. Sure maybe that division isn't profitable right now but I'd imagine it has something to do with them not willing to open their wallets.
Oh well, I am bitchin here but I'll be squealing like a schoolgirl when they announce Pixel 7, only to be disappointed when I inevitably buy it when it launches.

An eraser so good that it kicks you out when try to erase something in photo that you shouldn't. Truly next gen stuff.
Yay, Google! I hope they take inspiration from the past of other players and bring back exploding batteries in their next line-up.

Google better ditch HTC and start doing Pixels made entirely by Samsung like old Nexus S.

And this is why 5 years of updates on Pixel 6 means nothing to me because Google is making elementary mistakes on their own phones running their own OS. A flagship feature they bragged about in their launch event and now it doesn't work. Ugh? And just like with their broken camera app on past Pixel phones, it'll yet again take weeks if not months to fix.
It's almost as if they are entirely incompetent.
