[deleted post]Well, I am sorry you feel/think this way. I do challenge you to look for yourself. I would ask that you provide proof to contradict all of the statements, based on how you feel/think - that a business is selling a 4nm chip for marketing/driving sales and utilizing consumer efforts to build a business and not selling/marketing more advanced technology instead is fake...

Then like in 2015 or slightly earlier thousands of developers wanted to jump on the train but in the wake of the Android Market. Because they knew blockchain-like apps made it on to the Android platform they could operate as a P2P mining rig. The problem was Bitcoin which basically originated cryptocurrency was finite and it was only a tiny hair on the surface of the wooly mammoth so-to-speak, and so then nfts were born a few years later, stock market entry etc etc etc. It is all about money and volume. Quantum computers would not even have the ability to derive answers if they did not have data to derive with. Where does data come from? There are many ways people can learn or know things, just look for answers. Nothing is always good and nothing is always bad, some things just are because they have to fit otherwise it will never be something 🙂.

"So it's obvious why one or many wouldn't know what they want to know, or why no one cares at all. It's nothing new." Ok, makes sense, but then how do you know?

Meh, maybe... maybe never? The point is that a huge firm/enterprise/business goal is not to bring consumers their first fruits, it is to stay in business and make a profit...

OhNom, 22 Feb 2022And you say that of all the foundry workers in the world, o... moreThere is no need for proof. That would not change anything unless you are only saying this out of curiosity. Some advancements and technology are so precise and or rare the resources and engineering to produce it required only exist at the times in 1 or maybe a few places. So it is obvious why one or many would not know about what they might want to know, or why nobody cares either way. It is nothing new.

I guess 128/256GB is enough, but we need more USB 3.0 type-C ports (I mean how much extra would it cost, just STOP using that 2 decade old USB 2.0 already!!!), if OEMs cant find the space for a mircoSD slot (but the recent Nord CE 2 proves that you dont really need extra depth, as it stacks the mSD card behind the dual-SIM)!!

In terms of performance/efficiency or what?
I guess you haven't really used any recent Dimensity chip long enough, like the 800U or the 1200.
I have D1200 phone and it's extremely stable, hardly any heating at all, just gets warm during intensive gaming, but no lags, etc, extremely fluid with 120Hz

captain fokou, 22 Feb 2022Cause ghz says nothing. M1 has more powerful cores and high... moreHe meant the single core score is the same for the M1 and A15, which is logical.
The M1 uses the cores from the A14 @ 3.2Ghz, meanwhile the A15 although much more efficient, is architecturally the same big core as the A14 but @ 3.2Ghz.
