Xiaomi 12 series will reportedly go global on March 15

The company is expected to announce the launch of its latest flagship series in Europe, possibly other regions as well.

If the pricing will be really simmilar as the S22/S22+, I will go for Samsung, despite being fully submerged in the Xiaomi ecosystem (Watch, humidity sensors, robotic vacuum cleaner and all my family having Xiaomi phones). Because I don't see any benefits in favour of the 12Pro. Except maybe SD 8 Gen 1, cuz I live in Europe.

      888 and 8G1 are unknown.
      Screens of flagships are between $ 60-95, those made by samsung, LG and sharp. Chinese makers sell cheaper screens.

Like software support where Apple and Samsung are top notch. Xiaomi is "meh" at best. Their arbitrary updating policies don't exactly instill confidence into buying their stuff. Unless you just care about specs on paper. And even there, Xiaomi phones often underdeliver despite using same components. Remember Xiaomi Mi11 ? It had SD 888 but performed far worse than pretty much everyone else.

            I can't wait for the 12 mini! Hopefully they announce it soon... Android phones just keep getting bigger and bigger and I'm tired of hand gymnastics for one-handed use.

              I was expecting the Pro one to cost about the same price range as Realme GT2 Pro... It's kinda overpriced if it starts from 1k EUR

                Right there, in the Samsung S series, Iphone, Sony prices.....Not a very easy sell for Xiaomi, but who knows, maybe they pull out a rabbit from the hat.
