430$ for 64GB storage. So probably 530 for 128GB and won't get where I am for any less than 650$. Not worth it even though my iPhone 7 is due for an upgrade. Weak battery. Maybe I'll just change the battery.

But definitely it's a disappointing SE in 2022 with all the other companies moving to the next generation of phone but apple moving backwards. Imagine 2022 se looking the same as 2014 for almost $500 it's really unfortunate
While we can buy a new generation phone with less of that amount.

I don't know why everyone is so hyped up by so called "leaks" which are all just bunch of lame predictions what might be. I had zero expectations and it was what it was. I just know I said to myself how the "leaked" 299€ was a big fat lie just like 90% of leaks around Apple. I basically lost all trust in "leaksters" when they leaked absolute and utter BS around Apple Watch with flat sides and zero words about bigger display with less bezels. At that point I knew all leaks are entirely worthless and people make whole careers being "Apple analysts" who are really full of s**t and just predicting the usual stuff Apple repeats every year anyways.
I also don't know why all the salt around iPhone SE3. It may be old design, but everything about iPhone 8 is still competitive even today. It still has amazing display even if it's just LCD, it has amazing speakers, amazing vibration feedback, super long software support phones in such price range can only dream of and all this refreshed with A15 and 5G. Only slight annoyance might be the battery, but small battery also charges faster and replacing it in iPhone 8/SE isn't that expensive even at official service. If you replace it once or even twice, it's insignificant expense in the long run. And it's one of rare powerful and compact options that's still affordable. iPhone Mini didn't sell simply because it was too expensive for niche where people want massive phones (people who want cheap and big phones is simply bigger market).

I think it's an excellent phone for old people like me... i don't want to learn new things, I want a little and powerfull device which take desent photograps. The designe it's a classic. I like it, i think i would buy it. Great deal for the money...

Who still buys SE though? Maybe parents buying it for their little kids or something because it's just too old fashion. The SE is supposed to be the Mini, not this.

I just realized something.
Apple has made a phone series that could become sleeper phones. What happens if I plunk an iPhone SE 2022 motherboard into an original iPhone 8 shell? That'll be fun.
But otherwise, it's meh. The phone delivers on the promise of A15 and 5G. Otherwise, it's just an iPhone SE. Nothing special or new, that's the flagship iPhones' job. I was honestly more impressed by the M1 Ultra and M1-powered iPad Air than the iPhone SE.
Interesting how we legit saw NOTHING new in this launch. The iPad Air is just getting retrofitted with iPad Pro components, the iPhone SE is getting modernized with top-shelf components we've seen from the iPhone 13, and the M1 Ultra is just two M1 Max chips spliced together.

People probably missing the point. Its for older folks who changes phone every 4-5 years and always own an iphone. They like to have familiarity over learning 'fancy' gestures and face id of all screen iphone.
