Apple iPhone SE (2022) announced with Apple A15 chipset

The A15 chip is faster than what pricey Android flagships have and it supports 5G too.

I don’t mind lcd for the price, but I wish the screen resolution was upgraded to 1080p. They always have to cripple the cheaper devices some way.

    No doubt other phones are better at this price but this is for people who want an iPhone but don't want to spend big or can't afford the higher end models.

    It'll always have it place because it's the cheapest way to get a new iPhone

      wow ! 429 for 8 year old body ? A15 alone can justify this. from the front you won't be able to tell if it's a iPhone 6 or SE

        Apple can sell anything and people will buy it anyways.
        This phone is proof of it.

            Not a big fan of this phone to be honest, but after looking at the first 2 generation of iPhone SE, I highly doubt that this phone might gonna be one of the best-selling phone in the west, because the price, even tho it's higher that last year by ~$30 dollar, the upgrade like 5G and the very powerful A15 Bionic would be worth it, even tho I would like to see a bigger battery than last year. But I don't think that it will sell well in Asia country as the add-on taxes are high + small screen and chunky bezels are not for everyone.

              Anyone who thinks this is a good deal is brainwashed.

              The only good thing about it is the powerful SoC, but other than that there's no reason to buy this over a Poco X4 Pro, which is cheaper and overall more practical of a device with faster charging, great battery life, better display quality, an 108mp camera, proper dual speakers, a proper connectivity, a headphone jack and so on.

                Extremely disappointed and i'm an Apple fan. Same device as 2020 just more expensive and same old outdated design. They could've done so much more. (Yes, i'm aware it has better chipset and a bit better battery but those shouldn't be excuses).

                  Literally, the moment I saw the article I laughed out loud, this looks like a freaking joke. They could have at least used the iPhone Xr's body instead of this mainly because of how bad its battery life is. coworker of mine purchased the 2020 SE because he though its battery life was good. Apple marketing got him

                      Bruh! They're selling the same old 2014 design and charging $30 more than iPhone SE 2020. Even with the rumored $299 it wasn't a good buy. Who in a right mind would buy this ¢rap?
