I was hyped to buy one, but the hardware was already old by the time I could get an invite and the invite system was a real turn off. After having some big phones now I can say I'm done with them for good anyway.

They also do it to ensure people don't import the same phone from other regions for cheaper. IMO products being sold in other regions for cheaper is already such a BS thing to begin with. Like a game costing $5 in one region and $50 in another.

When compared solely to Airpods like reviewers do I guess they were a good value. But there are a lot of good choices in the $40 to $80 range too. Some even with ANC. The Redmi Airdots 3 have sound quality that blows away a lot of the competition at $40 and the Honor Earbuds 2 Lite have good sound quality, good ANC, and awareness mode for about $60.

IMO the best thing that can be offered is something like the Pixel A series but just not all nasty and plasticky and not ugly AF like the Pixel 6. A phone that nails the basics with no flaws and has a nice design.

                            I know that's the name of the company but why even bother to do a keynote if you have nothing to show ?

                            So frustrating.

                                    npu - nothing customized
                                    modem - nothing customized
                                    display - hopefully amoled 144 hz
                                    user non removable battery
                                    reverse wireless charging
                                    no 3.5 mm audio plug
                                    port - nothing customized

                                    most of them probably nothing customized to beat apple ... in the end ... nothing different ... what a breath of nothing fresh air

                                    sony has great smartphone ... square no notch no cut out screen and 3.5 mm audio plug

                                    still hoping ... totally different like google project of interchangeable smartphone components ... like customized pc and adaptable device drivers ... after all its all computers

                                    ... and they really trying hard and spend a lot of money to what they say as research to cut out screen and get rid of important accessories and call them ... pro ... people have to spend much larger amount of money to buy an itm with most accessories are removed
