No i appreciate it because it's so effortless. For example when i open my bank app or whatsapp which is locked, those just open like they aren't. Face unlock is invisible lock.

Maybe you appreciate the 3d face unlocking feature cos its more secure. There are 3d fingerprint scanners such as Samsungs ultrasonic ones, very fast and very accurate. I never use facial recognition because its simply convenient to be able unlock my phone with my finger as I'm bringing it out my pocket with a mask on.

Working perfectly with my 13 Pro, your iPhone X doesn't support that feature so that's propably reason why it's not working properly

notafanboy, 31 Mar 2022No periscope? Epic fail.Lol, everyone obsessing over periscope camera like it's so important. And then when it's time to take a photo everyone needs 10 minutes to decide which lens they even want to use. I like how my phone is. Just 1 camera. And it's really good one. So I just don't care. I just point and shoot. And that's it.

Apple folks are not missing out on much with the under-display fingerprint sensor. The S22's fingerprint sensor is good but it's not as fast as the physical one which is instant on touch vs. the slight delay of using a display sensor. It might only be 0.00001 of a second, but it's still a delay. It's a nice feature to have, but it's not needed.

So wait wait wait,what would be the main dif betwen an ip 11 pro and 14 pro?the 120mhz display and some “way” better camere which btw for now is like 10% (iphone 11 pro to 13 pro) and ofc 4 vs 6 gb ram….I mean c’mon Apple why would I buy 10% more and small upgrades???for higher prices???I belive my next phone is good be a samsung/xiomi…if apple keeps this kind of “innovation” up

I am waiting for upgrading my iphone X as it's super annoying to slide down mask everytime to unlock phone. And every once in 5 times it forces to put password.
Under display fp scan iphone should be there.
So called mask updates are not working properly. If this mask thing is becoming permanent then I have to shift to OnePlus or samsung.

Maybe somebody doesn't want their face in Apple's servers, IDK. As I always ask the defenders of Android feature removal, "what's the harm with more options?"
