          If this is true... Mediatek has successfully taken a pie in the flagship space


          This would be the first ever first time competition has ever existed in the flagship space SOC wise for Android


          Clearly at least so far mediatek is better at making flagship SOCs than exynos/Samsung is

              And that is just a sample size of ONE being Xiaomi only...


              Also the D9000 is certainly more efficient than the 888 especially when we consider how much energy is lost as heat

                        Lol. US will get SD chipset, Europe will get Exynos and Asia will get Mediatek.
                        Good job Samsung, make it even more ambiguous than already is.

                        I hope they will do some interchanges too. For example some models in Europe will receive Mediatek and the same models will receive Exynos in Asia, for even greater damage. Lol.

                          this will be still far better than thier exynos crap which they advertise as flagship chips, which is utter lie.
                          If you buy snapdragon or mediatek phone at same price level they are 2-3x better. Samsung just sell their lower tier exynos chips at higher prices which dosent make any sense at all. I just wish user start realizing this and boycotting samsung phones with exynos in it, which will teach samsung not to fool their users.

                                Honestly, if the successor of the Dimensity gets inside the Galaxy S23 series in Europe, I wouldn't mind trying, Exynos is just disappointing.
                                But I'm assuming this is most likely going to be a Galaxy A53S or S22 FE with a Dimensity 8100 or 9000.
