The outward design of the phone may look mostly the same, but Sony also upgraded the screen, speakers and the other cameras on the Mark 4.

The slowest class of memory card currently commercially available for purchase will easily beat the slowest internet currently available. There are still many locations of the world with absolutely very poor 3G internet speed, do you know that? 🤦🏼‍♂️

"Of course it can. You said 'you don't have to use it' which is applicable to everything you talked about."

Go ahead and tell me, and everyone else, how someome could insert SD card—or any physical storage for that matter—into a phone if there's no slot for it. Take all the time you need in the world. 🤦🏼‍♂️

for some reason gsmarena is holding my comments for approval , which is weird because i have an account. Does anyone with an account experience the same thing?

      Wow

"But they ARE NOT when compared to cloud storages!"
then why didn't you bring this up when i first replied to you and said my point doesn't matter because i don't have to use it?
        "which greatly varies."
In my first comment i said "I find sd cards to be slow". "I find" with my own experience that sd cards are slow. Also there different types of SD cards and their speeds can greatly vary. Same thing with cloud. They and SD cards have their own merits.
"Except that same thing CANNOT be said about them." Of course it can. You said "you don't have to use it" which is applicable to everything you talked about. You can choose to use or not use cloud storage, there are things like portable ssd's. SD cards aren't the only physical storage option you can carry around.
"There's no need to attack my person like you're currently focused on."
You serious? Can you hear yourself in your own comments? How can you see your comments on other people and not see them as "NO way condescending"? Don't know what "ad hominem" is but i was talking about you saying "well if there are things that call for such, there's no reason why they shouldn't be argued" which I'm pretty sure meant you thought I was saying you shouldn't argue. Didn't say anything like that.
"You're currently resorting to emotional attacks" lol. You actually made me laugh. I find the name "Cyberchum" quite suitable if you're a baiter. "Cyber" and "chum" is quite a clever selection of words if you're baiting. Was just genuinely asking, sorry if that came off as an "emotional attack" to you.
As i've said in previous comments, i'm on the side of sd card slots. Phone manufacturers shouldn't remove features that are still useful. Still, different options have their ups and down, like cloud and SD.
Anyway, i still feel like you're just looking forward to arguing with people down here, and I don't want to be a part of that anymore. Just ignore cptpower and move on. No one in charge of designing a phone is gonna come across here, so peace. Have a good day.

Anonymous, 17 May 2022Good like always😂😂 Good oneMan only clumsy people will loose something expensive like wireless earbuds.
Cheapest but with good quality cost at least 50 bucks depends on vendor and country.
Yes you were right you can loose them but this way you can loose everything if you are careless.
But if you are careless its not my problem and fault but yours.
I am only defending what better or will be in no time.

As i said earlier and responded to someone else 120-150 years ago we had gigantic cylinders made of zinc and glass to record very first things. Then there was Phonograph.
Then Shellac came to replace those giant cylinders and Phonograph.
In like 1940 vynyl plates comes to live and 30 years after were replaced by audio cassettes.
Audio cassettes were replaced by Video cassettes then CD in mid of 90th era.
5 years later we got DVD and in like 2006 blueray disc were invented and used.
Those all above were replaced by SD cards, external HDD and USB Keys.
After those we moved from physycal media into virtual one such as cloud storage.
Dont know what will come after cloud storage but as long as cloud storage last litterary forewer without chance of breaking like SD cards or external HDD or dics it will stay.
It get cheaper over the time and with expanding of G, later 6G etc its gets only better.
Old things and technologies were replaced by new.
like Telegram and Telegraph poles were replaced many times over until we got a cell phones and in close future we will live in a complete virtual reality such as Ready player one movie.

All i am trying to say even if cable earphones arebit better now soon they will perish to be replaced by future like wireless audio which gets better and better over time where there will be litterary nothing to improve.

Just like with cassetess for example. First video cassettes could storage up to 120 minutes, latest models up to 300 minutes but n o further improvement came apart the fact they were replaced by CDs which could store much more and much more variety not only audio and video but files it self.

Right now i dont have even a slightest idea what will come after wireless earphones maybe virtual reality glass which could connect with anyone withing the world like Mark Zuckerberger is trying to do with his project Cambria but honestly i can tell you only the cheapest and poorest countries the third ones as we call them will still us old technologies and rely on them for a very long time after the whole world will be far forward from that.

Wireless is here to stay and wired will go to real of forgotten where noone else will ever remember old ancient technologies such as Phonograph and what we had before.

AnonD-731363, 17 May 2022Its also your fault. It was your responsibility. So, why attack wired by saying that cable breaks, but rush to defend wireless when someone said that they get lost easier?

How about you try to be rational? It shouldn't be too hard to do, unless you're still a teen. In which case I'll understand: Teens can never be accused of making right decisions.

Cyberchum, 16 May 2022Soon, you can assume that. You just haven't said how t... moreMan with new technologies HDD in phones and cameras will increase and 1TB which now is tottaly expensive will cost 10% of its initial price in maybe 10 years from now.
Then there will be no need for SD cards.
Vynyl plates were replaced by audio cassetess, then video cassetess, CD, DVD, Blueray, external HDD or USB Keys. Soon nothing of that will be needed. We will be forced to cloud storage.
Like we are forced to pay for something which could be naturaly free like electricity, gas, water etc.
Soon they force us to pay for oxygen.
