1. Turn on airplane mode
2. Settings - apps. Click on menu in upper right
3. Show system.
4. Scroll down to the com.lg.ims.rcsprovider
5. Tap storage - clear cache clear data
6. Tap back
7. Force stop
8. Restart
9. Turn airplane mode off
Should be ok

He shut the phone off and it wouldn't restart. Bought a new phone. Transferred sim card from old phone to new. The new phone starts but no history...no contacts, no texts, no Facebook history, no pictures, no apps......

Not fixed. T mobile person said LG phones will stop working . like no texting messaging. And be obsulete. Not sure it's so we buy a new one.

My T-Mobile guy said I should upgrade. No I shouldn't. After that, he tried to help by following instructions. It did not help. I have followed the instructions several times. It has not helped. This article says its fixed. It is not. I have turned off my phone several times. When will this be working? This has gone on far too long. I'm in the middle of a big project at work, LG, FIX this, please.
