I am a T-Mobile customer whose device has been being plagued with LG IMS popping up for the last 4 days now...tried. Turning device off, but problem still exist! T-Mobile should credit it's customers!

I am with metro know including myself 6 people same issue. Done what they claim would fix. Has not still popping up. T mobile not helping by accommodating customer's with on going issue. I have tried every suggestion to fix the Ig ims error. Why can't T Mobile fix this issue? Why did they change the system anyway, everything was working fine. Leave to tech geeks thinking they have a better way to improve service.

Mine still isn't fixed. Mine is an older phone and it seems that they are trying to force me to upgrade when there's nothing wrong with my phone except the age.

Its not fixed yet. 05/25 9am PST. Already got a new phone on the way. This was probably a ploy to get their subscribers who had a phone that was paid in full to buy a new one.....
