Shadocx, 13 Jun 2022I really thought iPhones had autofocus on their front camer... moreproblem is face id sensor cant be used with the front camera simultaneously. they operate independently. if they add the actual depth sensor it has to extend the notch length in order to make space for them.

I really thought iPhones had autofocus on their front camera, some people have been doing Instagram lives with their front camera and it seems to focus far, even on the iPhones without the notch.
But since the ones with the notches have Face ID hardware couldn't that help focus with 3D ToF, depth sensors etc?

A few days will go by and then it's back to repeat the process.
