Since my phone has a QHD panel I just have to use a case, whether I like it or not, because the screen replacing is so expensive. phones so damn fragile

                Maybe it is shit or hideous or tasteless or "unfortunate", but it is definitely novel and eyecatching (almost always that is a bad thing for a phone).

                If you came up with that design while working at apple you would probably get fired on the spot...

                  Looks pretty awful. I dont get why you have a glass back which doesn't show of any components, but just random shapes of the "interior"...
                  Camera array seems entirely uninspired (not offensive though) with the flashlight placed as an aftertought.
                  It's entirely asymmetric, giving the whole thing a very disjointed look, while not offering intricate detail as showing the components woukd give you.
                  Also, i think the darker gray area in the middle looks very unfortunately like a bomb, but maybe that is just me.

                  I get that their earphones had a particular design language, but this breaks it and adapts it whenever it is suited the least. The most positive thing I can say is that it is *distinctive*...

                  Weren't they trying to target apple? And, even if you dislike apple, you have to grant them that something as hideous and tasteless wouldn't come from them.

                    I don't even want some 5 inch mini phone, just something reasonably sized sonething between 6 or maybe 5.5 inch.

                    Are there really so few people who do not own a monitor and have to watch movies, etc. on their phone? Is that really something *the entire* android phone industry has to cater to?

                                    Okay I REALLY dig the design. But what gets me excited the most is the dual camera setup - this most likely means main+ultrawide cam, no bullsh*t 2MP macro/depth sensors. Kudos to Nothing for that.
