Why don't people in China or India do the same? They barely can afford the shared phones and shared services, so they buy cheap and keep them for a long time. But it's not a problem of the US people.

Where is the notch from 2017 I couldn'... moreThe notch is just one part of the iphone design, the squared off boxy sides are another one, which have been used by Apple since the iphone 5s (2013). Just because you didnt copy the notch on the front, but copied the sides and back, doesnt make your design original. The lights on the camera module is tacky.

Besides, the Nothing phone just looks like another iPhone copycat, so it will get sued in the US.

I really dig the design of the iphone and it's camera placement but didn't like the notch + os. However, Nothing phone addresses that problem and hope to get one soon.

Who wants to go to toxic market that in one point will just make up some dumb stuff and then defame your brand. Huawei was made as an example what you get when you go to US market. It's not even a big market as it's only 330 million people.
This Nothing can live happy in the India and China market and have close to 3 billion people market to make money out of

There is lot of scope for improvement. A smartphone battery should last for 2 days on an average. Something needs to be done in the same direction. Also rear camera. Having used S22 Ultra, Find X5 Pro and X80 Pro, camera needs to get improved even further.

They are getting trash value for money lately. TMobile is rocking with n41/n71. Get either of these phones. One Plus 10 Pro available in 256GB as well.
