Samsung Australia fined AUD 14M over misleading water resistance ads

The lawsuit was filed by The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) back in 2019.

                                If phones has to have certain or any water resistance why no manufacturer include water damage into a warranty???
                                No phone manufacturer did that they know any kind of water is bad for phone.
