When he was at Leicester and won the league, he was driving a humble mini and completely happy and proud of it. Just because people have money, not all such people are ostentatious and self absorbed. They don't always have to have the best of everything. They just want a car that conveys them from point A to point B. They want a phone that allows them to communicate as phones were designed to do. I get their point to be honest and I think it's admirable. I'm not rich but I paid around 300 euros for my phone th the Poco F3. It has a120hz refresh rate amoled screen, a top range snapdragon 870 CPU, and all these fancy features. Truthfully I don't game, I don't put it on a 120hz refresh rate, it's always on 60hz. I could have just bought a 150 quid phone. I don't get why most people bother with the top Samsung or iPhone models. They're only ever going to use a tiny fraction of it's potential and they're only using it to show off.

And yes its indeed great that apple supports for a long time their devices but this doesnt improve the hardware itself.
Even if Iphone 6s for example was supported for another year, it would still be a 2015 phone,which means
-horrible battery life and charging
-bad display
-bad camera
-bad signal/call reception
-16gb starting storage.
Iphone 6s is great if you use it as/feature phone/ipod(3.5mm jack) style or maybe to give to older people/kids.

Actor using iPhone... moreYou wouldn't believe how many people use their smartphones for basic communication and they're not on their phones for 7-8 hours every day like most of community here is. So naturally those people aka average users can't never understand why do we spent so much time on our cell phones and in just about any occasion. Just because smartphones can do so much doesen't mean we have to use them all in the same way. I have a 5 years old working Android phone Xperia XZ Premium and back then it was a flagship with Snapdragon 835 but he became unstable and a bit slower with time and same thing happend to me with every Android flagship. And my wife's iphone x which is about same age still doesn't show his aging besides battery state of course. We are both average or even below average users who just ocassionally go to some web pages and mostly using our phone to communicate or shoot few snaps of our son and dog. I'm aware that kind of use of the phone is considered as unnatural for most of you guys here so that's why I see so many disbelief as why would someone use that old device. Especially if they're millioners.
I mean... We had similar story with Luka Modric a famous football player a couple years ago and he was photographed with iPhone 5s on his ear so yeah... I understand that people thinking like what?? Who would in right mind use their 6 years old phone if they can afford it a new phone... LoL
Just my two cents.

I can understand Chris Evans using it for that long. He has no time checking websites like this or listening to influencers on YouTube who are really phone salemen who needs to upload videos to attract views, likes, and subs.
In Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Steve Rogers was seen using a slate iPhone 5. When Chris Evans mentioned blurry photos, his genitals sure didn't look blurry from 2 years ago! 🤣

Main thing, he bought another iPhone because he had great long experience. Apple keeps users happy and when it's time to upgrade they buy another iPhone.

today my Samsung Galaxy A33 is better than this iPhone 6S, 7, 8, Xs.
so i also plan to use for several years too.
5G, 5nm processor, 5 cameras, flash, amoled, gorilla glass, IP67,
128gb, 6gb ram, ram+ , 5 years OS support with security updates, 4 OS change.
easy repair, maintenance and battery change.
i dont need to change for the rest of 5 years too.
coming from A30, 33 months already no slow down, with battery replaced.
