if they aren't going to require an account, and the bloat is removable easily.... i'm going to consider it, apart from that, i'm happy with win10.

Windows 98 (good) -> ME (bad) -> XP (good) -> Vista (Bad) -> 7 (good) -> 8 (Bad) -> 10 (good) -> 11 (Bad)
If we look at it like that, it would have indeed made more sense for Windows to just keep updating Windows 10

With all due respect to Microsoft. I don't agree to keep my computer always online with a Microsoft account to track my every move. I hope there will be more of a backlash and they reconsider allowing local accounts for Windows 11 Home. I've been using apps to cut off some of M$ telemetry, however, it's like applying bandaid to a leaky roof, it's not going to help much and a system update will restore the stuff you turn off. I moved one of my PCs to Devuan and the other one will stick to Windows 10 until 2025 when I will install a Linux distro to it as well.

Microsoft do whatever you want i won't be updating my 8th gen i5 laptop till 2025 i don't even see a reason to use win 11

I miss Windows 7 that could be memories to me (just in case, my old Acer already broken up like 2 years ago. very sad)

windows 10 to windows 11 (that is in fact 10.5) took them around 6-7 years...and now after 3 years want another one ?!?!
