AirPods 2 that I have and use for years now sound anything but "thin and flat". They have incredibly capable bass that isn't annoyingly boomy which wasn't ever matched by wired earbuds that I had from Philips, Sony, Sennheiser or AKG. They are also never harsh which indicates they don't use a V shaped audio profile with heavily boosted high frequencies. Being flat is not necessarily bad, monitor headphones use flat audio profiles, AirPods seem generally flat with mild boost with low frequencies. You can always adjust that with EQ and for that being flat is better.
I use them exclusively on PC's with Windows, mostly for movies and gaming. How did you use them? Oh right, you haven't.

They did and will always buy displays from Samsung or LG, because Samsung and LG displays are the best. Period.
Also, when Samsung had Oled displays on their smartphones, Apple was still having 4" LCD phones. Lol. And Apple fanboys were saying that they don't need Oled displays, because Oled displays have problems, create eye strain and are much more expensive. Guess what? Now all iPhones have Oled displays (except SE series). But, of course, now that Apple use Oled displays, all those "problems" have magically vanished. Even though are the same panels from Samsung and LG.

I've owned 50+ different phones from 20 different brands. I've owned Symbian S60, iOS, webOS, BB7, Android, and Windows Phone. Phones are just phones. They'll never lead any of you to true happiness. You touch an app, it opens up. Same ol', same ol'. Why argue over material things when our lives are temporary? We're not taking these phones when we turn into ash or rotting underground.
I prefer Android but the hatred towards Apple is pathetic. There is no Android without Google copying what Apple did in 2007. Android was supposed to be a digital camera OS. Then it became a BlackBerry OS clone. I hate a lot of what Apple does. But I also appreciate the things they brought to the market especially multi-touch for a capacitive touchscreen and a centralized app store that didn't really exist in 2008 for other established OSes.
