Sure, games rarely run at higher than 60 fps and there is still mostly 24 and 30 fps video content. A 120hz UI will feel a lot better and is definitely a much bigger improvement than getting a higher resolution display. 4k looks blurrier than a 1080p 120hz screen when there is any on-screen movement. How much does it really hurt Apple to give non-pro iPhones a smoother UI? Much cheaper phones had 90, 120 and even higher refresh rates for years.

I think apple has now enough money to build their own displays, their own chips, their own materials down to the last screw, that way they can give us a sub $500 iPhone Pro Max

Lots of lonely people with no friends visit this site. The only place an introvert can be obnoxious is behind a keyboard while surfing the Internet 16 hrs a day trolling sites. Lagdroid fans and iPOS fans still arguing? I'm surprised GSMArena never mentioned the Razr 2022 will get 3500 mAh. This now makes it as enticing as the Flip 4 with 3700 mAh.
I still believe the iPhone SE (2016) is the GOAT. The 12 mini and 13 mini fans can argue against me but Face ID is trash and so are the gestures that can close apps like Netflix when trying to use the volume and brightness toggles. The SE1 is the perfect size and I don't have kiddie hands. Runs well having a 7-year-old SoC. Impressive from Apple.

Sharp oled panels are only used by Sharp. Since they cant make them as cheap as koreans and chinese, none else buys.

120hz is definitely worth it compared to crap buggy 60hz, if you can't see the difference then you haven't probably experienced it or you just want to be the main character which is pretty sad.
Now i'm not in the game world so i don't care about games on a phone, we can for sure leave that conversation out.

120Hz is a must in a phone. It is super smooth.
But not everybody can see the difference between a high refresh rate display and normal 60Hz panel. Same is the case with PWM, which causes eye strain in some people but not in others.
It is better to check in person rather than reading online.
I thought of same for 120Hz, that it's a gimmick but you will notice it immediately after enabling it, but some of friend can't see a difference at all. So it depends person to person.
Probably it is noticed by people who care about attention to detail.
